Club Penguins Halloween Party for 2011 has been released after waiting for so long! For once, they didn't make the party the same as previous years. This year, Club Penguin has changed the candy hunt into a ghost hunt! If you see a green bush with candy on it, a ghost is there. They have also released a free item for non-members and members!
